Kelly MOSFET

1S - 6S High power FET for brushless flywheels, brushed flywheels, or solenoid drive

60V high current, low resistance FET, only 1.5 mΩ @ 10 V. This is a similarly low resistance to the venerated IRLB3034 but with a higher voltage rating. Total board resistance 3.5mΩ @ 10V

Fast decay allows a solenoid to retract quickly for higher rate of fire

Two extra TVS diodes to protect against voltage spikes, control signal over-voltage, and control signal reverse voltage

Dimensions without heatsink: 32 x 20 x 12mm
With heatsink: 32 x 20 x 18mm
Comes with 300mm control cable

Current ratings without heatsink:
50A for 10 seconds
20A continuous

Current ratings with heatsink TBD

Supports 3.3V control signal but the current capability will be 20% lower

Heatsink is recommended for dual stage flywheel use, should not be required for single stage
